Robert Calcagno is considered to be "America's French Impressionist".  He has sold his paintings in nearly every state of the United States and his work has been marketed in 70 countries of the world.  This self-taught American Impressionist has learned his trade from the French School of Impressionism which originated in 1874, Paris, France.

Among his accomplishments, Robert has exhibited in Paris, Bordeaux, Sarfat, New York and even Giverny (home of Claude Monet), giving him a French connection.  

Oil on canvas is his favorite medium and his favorite subjects include Cityscapes, Landscapes and non-portraitive Figuratives.
